The annex 

6,600 square foot house including a separated, and fully functional separate annex. Perfect for any use from a personal gym to office space. 

The kitchen 

Just as we are, Miele is obsessed with quality that lasts. Therefore, we have fitted bespoke Miele appliances throughout the house, to ensure the best possible product for you. The house consists of three Miele ovens with capabilities extending to microwaving and steaming, and two dishwashers set in a bespoke and individually designed kitchen from UK based, award winning, Dianne Berry. 

Usability is important to us and resultantly, the kitchen includes a specially designated bar area and wine cooler to provide spaces that do not interfere with each other. Our eye for detail reaches as far as the taps that at the flick of a switch produce boiling and sparkling water without the need for a kettle.

MVHR system

Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) is a continuous source of ventilation that extracts stale air from a building and resupplies fresh, filtered air back in. The result of this is a comfortable and condensation free environment all year round. 

While a traditional house will replace the air inside it up to 6 times in a day, our system ensures that the air is only recycled, yet kept moving. Saving energy and money on unnecessary heating.

THE BEDROOMS

Each of the bedrooms contains a bathroom of its own with an unique touch. Every fitting in this house has been carefully sourced from sustainable, and high quality vendors and includes items such as the luxury italian wardrobes and the automatic, locally made curtains that combine technology with classic luxury.
