At Octagon Park we are all about pushing boundaries. We don’t settle for anything less than perfect and we don’t see why you should either.

We are a development of the first of its kind in the United Kingdom with two offerings. Firstly, we have one completed home, Ash House, that is ready to move into today.

Secondly, we are offering an opportunity for you to assert your interest early and reserve a plot and have the rare opportunity to determine key features of your house during the building process such as wall locations and aesthetic design.
